How to purchase & activate a Barbados Tourist SIM card.

Visit the nearest Flow store to purchase a SIM card.

Activate your SIM using the following methods.

  • Online via ( www.topupflow.com )
  • Self-management via scanning the QR code on the SIM card holder
  • Visit any Flow Retail store or authorised Flow partner
What are the steps to activate my sim card online?
  1. Visit www.topupflow.com website
  2. Enter the cell number on your SIM card
  3. Signup or select continue as guest
  4. Select any of the two tourist plans
  5. Enter your credit card information
  6. Plan is activated
Can I purchase another tourist plan after my plan expires?

Yes! You can purchase another plan via www.topupflow.com or by visiting any retail store or authorised FLOW partner.

How can I check my tourist plan minutes and data?

You can check by dialing *129# for the main menu.

Will I be able to participate in prepaid promotions while using a tourist sim card?

No, you will NOT be able to participate in any local prepaid promotions.

Does my plan include international minutes?

Yes! You have 25 international mins on the 1-day plan and 75 international mins on the 7-day to be used for USA, Canada, UK Landlines and Flow Caribbean.

Can I use this sim for roaming?

No, this sim can only be used locally in Barbados.

Does the data and minutes roll over?

No. The tourist sim doesn't have roll over.

Will the tourist plan Auto Renew?

No. Tourist plans do not auto renew.
